My name is Aleksander and I assist in helping clients transform themselves by looking inward and discovering parts of themselves that have been silenced or hidden. Internal world transformation starts with taking the deep dive into the self. Looking at and confronting ourselves. Often times, we need to understand why we think the way we think, why we feel what we feel, and why we act how we act. By deepening into a better understanding of ourselves from a holistic perspective, we can begin to understand the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
